    3.4. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not own and will not use information exchanged between Users of private virtual rooms unless expressly requested by the User. Such information includes, inter alia, messages, shared documents, audio or video. The information is processed and delivered on our servers but any ownership of such data remains with the respective Users.
    3.5. We do not collect any data that you share in the virtual discussion rooms which are created by Users (“Virtual Rooms”). While data shared in Virtual Rooms are only visible to Users in such Virtual Rooms, some of such data may be visible to the public under certain circumstances. You are solely responsible for any data shared in any Virtual Room and you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or in any way liable for any unauthorise use of such data and you undertake to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, employees, directors and officers harmless against any and all losses, costs, damages, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities and expenses whatsoever that we may incur or suffer in connection with or arising from the any unauthorised used of such data.


  4. Non-Personal Data


    Non-personal data is information that does not identify a specific person. This type of information may include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to the Site, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Site, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile carrier information, mobile device information, or general and/or aggregated location data that do not constitute personal data.
