    3.4. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not own and will not use information exchanged between Users of private virtual rooms unless expressly requested by the User. The information is processed and delivered on our servers but any ownership of such data remains with the respective Users.
    3.5. We do not collect any data that you share in the virtual discussion rooms which are created by Users (“Virtual Rooms”). While data shared in Virtual Rooms are only visible to Users in such Virtual Rooms, some of such data may be visible to the public under certain circumstances.
